The house was amazing but what really made the difference was the host. Communication as amazing the service he provide was ten out of ten. He allways went out of his own way to help provide or anything I needed. Best host I have encountered in the past couple years.

Maartens is an excellent host, very good communication throughout and very helpful, this guy
puts a lot of effort into his business and I highly recommend his property's

Had everything you needed for day to day living and definitely felt like a home away from home. The weekly cleaning of the apartment and location near to Carrefour was a bonus. Definitely would recommend this place and stay again. Maarten was very helpful and professional.

Just what you want for your stay in Antwerp. The place was very clean, spacious and well
equiped. Maarten is a very friendly and hospital host, even if you don't need to meet him during
your stay (self check-in). Recommended and hope to book again during a next stay.

Maarten is a great person. The communication with Maarten is without any arguments and Maarten always wants to improve the quality of our living. Besides the location of the house is also good, if you travel by car, no need to worry about the parking space. The space inside of the house is far than enough, it is fully furnished and you can watch the big TV lying on the sofa with beers. I strongly recommend this house and you won't regret to choose staying at Maarten's house.

Great stay - super apartment that suited our family with 3 children. Helpful and responsive
communication, parking easy to get on the street and public transport into Antwerp city was
feasible. Highly recommend for short or longer term stays.

Maarten's place was the perfect set up for myself and two other colleagues to share and work in Belgium for a week. Located conviniently 5 minutes away driving from the office, we could also walk to nearby lovely restaurants and a big Carrefour. The apartment provides nice size bedrooms for our individual needs, and ample space at the sitting/dining room and kitchen where we could share nice evenings cooking when we wanted to. Parking outside was never a problem. The house always felt warm in what was a very cold week in Antwerp. All in all, a great place that was perfect for a working week sharing with other colleagues.

Perfect location of Maarten's flat away from the center but not far. Falt is situated in quiet residential area with available parking space anytime of the day. Flat is big enough and has everything you need. Maarten is great host, very attentive and communication with him was very efficiant. Thank you! Hope to see you in near future :)
